WORCESTER HUNGER INITIATIVES
Worcester Hunger InitiativesMayor Joe O’Brien and Superintendent Dr. Melinda Boone join to support Worcester Hunger Initiatives. The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts announced the awarding of a $354,375 grant to reduce hunger and improve access to nutritious foods in Worcester.

Our Focus Statement

The entire Canterbury Street School will make a coordinated effort to help students develop and apply strategies and skills needed to comprehend text that is read, heard, and viewed. This will be accomplished through the use of a small set of common teaching strategies in reading comprehension. We will measure the results by MAP, MCAS, GRADE and DIBELS testing.
